Normal turnaround time for general repair work is only a few days, but we encourage you to call us first, since we can often help you to easily diagnose & fix the problem on your own. Remember, as a rule of thumb 95% of all timing problems stem from questionable cables & connectors. Taking the extra time to properly wire your event will pay huge dividends in terms of long term reliability.
